What we collect, and what we do not.
Ride901 is an organization for children. We treat data accordingly and collect as little as possible.
What this site collects
Ride901 collects information only when you choose to send it through a form on this website:
- Email list: first name, optional last name, email address, optional ZIP code, and the topics you tick.
- Contact form: name, email, optional phone and ZIP code, topic, and your message.
- Volunteer form: contact details, availability, role interests, relevant experience and certifications, languages, and accessibility needs.
- Partner form: organization and contact details, the community you serve, available space, and program preferences.
- Sponsor form: business and contact details and area of interest.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to tell you when programs open, and to plan events. That is all. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
Who processes it
This website is hosted on Netlify, and form submissions are processed by Netlify’s form handling and delivered to Ride901 email accounts hosted by Microsoft 365. If Ride901 later adds an email marketing platform or registration system, this page will name it before it is used.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a working relationship, and reviewed at least annually. Email list subscribers are kept until they unsubscribe or ask to be removed. Submissions that are spam or clearly mistaken are deleted promptly.
Correction and deletion
Email hello@ride901.com and ask us to correct or delete your information. We will do it, and confirm when it is done.
Children
This website is designed for parents, guardians, and adult supporters. Ride901 does not knowingly collect information directly from children through this website without a parent or guardian involved. Please do not enter a child’s details into the forms on this site.
Event registration is different. When registration opens it will collect the information a safe event requires — parent or guardian details, emergency contacts, waivers, and photo consent — through a separate secure registration system, not through this website.
Ride901 does not publish children’s full names, home addresses, school schedules, medical details, emergency contacts, birthdates, or custody information. Where a child appears in a story or photo, it is with consent, and normally with first name and age only.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising cookies and does not use third-party tracking. If Ride901 adds privacy-respecting analytics in future, this page will be updated first.
Changes
